How to change the order?

Your order can be changed until your package is shipped. To change your order, please contact our customer service team.

Can you send me more pictures of the desired model?

Sure, you can send the link or full name of the products to customer service to ask more pics.

Where can I look for information on the order I placed?

Your Order Confirmation email contains the detail of your order including order number. You also get a tracking number from which you can track your order.

What should I do if my credit card payment is incorrect?

If an error occurs while using a credit card to check out, you can go back and place the order again, and then cancel the order that was not successfully paid. You can contact your credit card company to confirm that your credit card is in good standing. If you have not tried it many times, please contact us for assistance.

My package was returned to the sender, what should I do now?

Tracking information for some customers may encounter a bounce-to-sender status. This would mean the package was undeliverable and is now being shipped back to our facility.
