Returns for products will only be accepted within 14 days of receiving them following the date of your purchase.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when received, and all packaging must remain unopened and sealed. VapeOnlineStores reserves the right to refuse any SOR returns that are not deemed in a resalable condition.

SOR return requests extending beyond our standard 14-day return policy will only be refunded in the form of a gift card, which can be utilized for future orders. In the event of a price drop post the initial 14-day return policy, refunds will be based on the latest prices listed on our website.

The minimum validity period for all products returned under this guarantee must be at least 3 months from the date of return.

To return any SOR products outside our standard 14-day return policy, kindly reach out to us via email first, providing a list of the products you wish to return.

All orders can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.

If you have had a change of heart and wish to make a return, you may do so within 14 days from the date of purchase. In such cases, the returned products should be sealed in their original packaging and remain unopened. For items valued over £50, we recommend utilizing a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of items you send back.

Once the seal of an e-liquid is broken, we cannot accept it.

Missing Items

If you discover missing items in your order, we strongly advise rechecking the entire order and inspecting all corners and packaging materials of the box. Typically, missing items can be found within the original packaging.

We must be notified within 3 days of any order errors or shortages.

If you indeed confirm missing items in your order, a comprehensive internal investigation will be initiated. This entails scrutinizing all warehouse evidence records and raising disputes with the delivery courier. Up to 5 working days may be required to complete the investigation before any replacement items can be dispatched.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive items damaged during transit, please notify us promptly. We will guide you on the subsequent steps as your goods might qualify for replacement or a refund.

Damaged and defective items must be returned to us for inspection by our technical team.

If returned items are not in their original state, we reserve the right to refuse returns based on our assessment or offer a partial refund.

Signs of external or accidental damage may lead to a refusal of the return and the item being sent back to you.

Buyers are responsible for any damage incurred due to improper packaging during shipping. It is advisable to capture photos before sending back the return.

We do not accept returns for clearance products, and our warranty does not apply to these items.

In suitable circumstances, we will attempt to repair defective products before reshipping. If repair is not viable, we will provide a replacement or refund.

The process of inspecting products and devising solutions may take up to 7 days.

If products are found to be defect-free after testing, we reserve the right to reship the products in their original state.

It is highly recommended to inspect products returned by third-party customers for defects before sending them back to us.

If you have concerns about goods returned by customers, you may reject a refund or exchange until a thorough inspection is carried out. Customers should be informed of this process to allow us adequate time to investigate on your behalf.


For refunds concerning defective, returned, or missing items, our primary option is to issue a gift card that can be redeemed online on your next order.

Alternatively, we can refund the amount to your original payment account; please note that this process may take up to 5 working days to complete.

Orders paid via bank transfer will be refunded in the form of a gift card only.

The balance on gift cards must be utilized within six months of issuance.
